Client Service Agreement
Last Updated: April 04, 2026
This Client Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the client ("Client") and Travelogis ("Service Provider") for the purpose of providing administrative assistance with visa application forms and appointment scheduling.
Nature of Services
Travelogis provides document preparation and administrative assistance services related to visa applications, including assistance with completing forms such as the DS-160 and coordinating visa appointment scheduling when requested. Travelogis is not a government agency and is not affiliated with the United States Department of State or any immigration authority.
Travel Agency Services
Travelogis acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other travel providers. We are not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of these third-party suppliers, including but not limited to cancellations, delays, overbookings, or changes in itinerary. Your bookings are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the respective providers.
Logistics and Cargo Services
Our logistics services facilitate the movement of goods internationally. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, customs inspections, strikes, or other force majeure events. Cargo insurance is highly recommended as liability for lost or damaged goods is limited by international shipping conventions and the carrier's specific terms.
Consular Forms Assistance
Our consular assistance service is strictly administrative. We do not provide legal advice, nor do we guarantee the approval of any visa, passport, or governmental application. The final decision rests solely with the respective consulate or embassy. Users are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
No Legal Advice
Travelogis is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Any information provided during the service process is strictly administrative guidance based on publicly available information.
No Guarantee of Visa Approval
The Client understands that visa approvals, denials, or requests for additional documentation are determined solely by the relevant government authorities. Travelogis cannot influence, expedite, or guarantee the outcome of any visa application.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. The Client must review all forms prior to submission to ensure accuracy. Travelogis is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.
Fees and Payments
All service fees charged by Travelogis are for administrative assistance only. These fees do not include government filing fees, MRV visa fees, consular fees, or any other official charges required by government agencies.
Refund Policy
Once document preparation work has begun, fees for services already performed are non-refundable. Visa denials do not qualify for refunds because application decisions are made solely by government authorities.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travelogis’ liability for any claim related to services provided shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the service.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using Travelogis services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
